On February 21-23, 2017, a delegation led by CPC Secretary and Chairman Yan Xiaojian carried out organizational investigation on key superintendents to be appointed in the Changsha Subsidiary, and checked and guided the recent operation of Changsha Subsidiary.

In the afternoon on February 21, Chairman Yan attended a panel discussion with Chairman Fan Yan and other leading group members of Changsha Subsidiary. Chairman Fan Yan reported the business condition, status of audit, cadre adjustment and progress of major projects at Changsha Subsidiary on behalf of the leading group, and gave a detailed description of the in progress in Ethiopia PVC Project. Upon completion of the reporting, Chairman Yan highly appreciated Changsha Subsidiary for its actively developing overseas markets and achieving favorable results in recent years, and raised specific requirements on all kinds of work to be done in the next stage. He stressed that it's essential to attach great importance to risk management for the PVC Project in Ethiopia, control technological risk by dint of technology strength of specialized companies, and establish contingency plan and measures for safety issues. Additionally, Chairman Yan raised requirements for intensification of community-level Party building.

Immediately after the meeting, Chairman Yan attended a panel discussion with Jian Zefeng, the Chairman of Chaint and General Manager Jiang Xianliang, learned about the business and production condition of Chaint, and brought about hearings on relevant issues.

On February 22-23, the study group composed of the Department of Party Committee Affairs and the HR Department of the joint-stock company conducted organizational investigation on key superintendents to be appointed at Changsha Subsidiary.
