REDEMPTION NOTICE

References are made to the announcements made by China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (the "Company") on 24 November 2016 and 1 December 2016 in relation to the US$350,000,000 Senior Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities (the "2016 Securities") issued by Chalieco Hong Kong Corporation Limited (the "Issuer") and guaranteed by the Company.

Pursuant to condition 6(b) (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the 2016 Securities set out in schedule 2 to the trust deed in relation to the 2016 Securities, the Issuer hereby gives notice that it will redeem all, but not some only, of the 2016 Securities on 15 January 2020 (the "Call Date"), at the principal amount of the 2016 Securities together with any distribution accrued to such Call Date (including any arrears of distribution and any additional distribution amount).

As at the date of this announcement, the outstanding amount of the 2016 Securities is US$350,000,000 plus a distribution of US$9,975,000 accrued up to such Call Date. Upon redemption and cancellation of the outstanding amount of the 2016 Securities on the Call Date, there will be no 2016 Securities in issue. Accordingly, the Issuer will make an application to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the 2016 Securities to be delisted.

As at the date of this announcement, the non-executive directors of China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited is Mr. WANG Jun and Mr. Li Yihua; the executive directors are Mr. WU Jianqiang, Mr. ZONG Xiaoping, Mr. WU Zhigang and Mr. ZHANG Jian; and the independent non-executive directors are Mr. GUI Weihua, Mr. CHEUNG Hung Kwong and Mr. FU Jun.
