The Board of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A. ('the Issuer') informs that on the January 4th 2017 adopted a resolution concerning partial redemption of 500 bonds of series A of CHEMOSERVIS-DWORY S.A., with nominal value of 500.000,00 PLN, issued on the March 3rd 2015.
Therefore, the Issuer will request GPW S.A. to suspend trading of bonds on Catalyst GPW from the January 12th to the January 25th 2017 (inclusive).
The proposed date of redemption of bonds: 25.01.2017
The proposed day of determination the right to benefits from bonds: 17.01.2017
The resumption of trading: 26.01.2017
