The board of Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited at its AGM held on June 30, 2021 announced that Mr. Lau Chi Kit ('Mr. Lau') had retired as an independent non-executive director, a member of audit committee and a member of remuneration committee of the company, with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on 30 June 2021.
