Carpetright plc Announces Group Sales Results for the Twelve Weeks and Thirty Eight Weeks Ended January 23, 2016; Reaffirms Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year 2016

Carpetright plc announced group sales results for the 12 weeks and 38 weeks ended January 23, 2016. For 12 weeks, group sales decreased 1.5% compared to increase of 4.7% for the same period a year ago.

For 38 weeks, group sales rose 0.6% compared to increase of 3.4% for the same period a year ago.

The group's full year 2016 profit expectations are unchanged.
