On January 31, 2020, Carolina Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a news release announcing its results of operations for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2019. Dividend Announcement

The Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on its common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on April 6, 2020 to stockholders of record as of March 16, 2020.
