VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

NEW PROJECT

Capital Environment Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Beijing Capital Environmental Sanitation Co., Ltd. (北京首創環衛有限公司) ("Capital Sanitation"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has submitted a tender for the first package of road intensive operation (including underground passage) project in Dongcheng District Sanitation Center, Beijing ("Beijing Dongcheng Road Project"). Recently, Capital Sanitation has received a notification from the bidding agent Beijing Zhongrunda Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (北京中潤達工程諮詢有限 公司) that Capital Sanitation has been confirmed as successful bidder of Beijing Dongcheng Road Project and will enter into an agreement with Beijing Dongcheng District Environmental Sanitation Service Center (北京市東城區環境衛生服務中心) as soon as possible.

Capital Sanitation will be responsible for the Beijing Dongcheng Road Project. The service scope covers 66 streets, 3 overpasses, and 19 underground passages in Dongcheng District, Beijing. The service content is the integrated and intensification works of main roads, including manual cleaning- up of main roads, manual cleaning, green area cleaning, no garbage on land, illegal small advertisement removal, underground passage cleaning and order maintenance, urban furniture wiping (traffic signs, road name plates, isolation piles, bicycle stands, telephone booths, transformer boxes, seats, post boxes, bus platforms, bus stop signs , roadside guardrails, etc.), non-motor vehicle stacking etc. The total investment of Beijing Dongcheng Road Project is approximately RMB 39 million.
