Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited (ASX:BLA) and Student Quarters signed an agreement to acquire 250 Bed Student Accommodation Facility on December 12, 2016. Under the terms, the joint venture of Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited (ASX:BLA) and Student Quarters will acquire the facility. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions and expected to complete within the next three months.
