Bloomsbury Publishing Plc announced its trading results for the three months ended 31 May 2017. For the period, the company's total revenues are up 19% year on year driven by consumer division. In the Non-Consumer division sales of digital resources are up by 16%.

The Board expects profit for the financial year 2018 to be in line with its expectations.

The first quarter of 2018 traditionally generates the smallest profit of the financial year.
