BEST S A : Payhelp launch with ‘Nie proś się o swoje’ (Do not ask for what is yours) campaign

BEST Group, one of the largest debt collection companies in Poland, is launching its first TV promotion campaign for Payhelp, an innovative service for business owners and SMEs, allowing them to easily and effectively recover money they are owed under unpaid invoices.

Payhelp is an intuitive online platform which businesses can use to recover money they are owed by defaulting counterparties under outstanding invoices. After registering an overdue invoice to be processed by Payhelp, interest is immediately charged for late payment. At the same time, measures are taken to recover money: first in an amicable manner, and if necessary also in court. The money recovered using Payhelp is transferred directly to the company account. The service was launched by BEST Group, one of the leaders of the debt collection market in Poland.

The advertisement promoting the service with the slogan 'Nie proś się o swoje - wrzuć to do Payhelp' (Do not ask for what is yours. Register with Payhelp) will be shown on TV and the Internet. The advertisement features a business owner who, holding a bunch of unpaid invoices, is asking a business partner to pay the money owed, as he has no money to pay his employees and contractors. As the debtor is unwilling to pay, the creditor decides to use Payhelp. The message of the online version of the advertisement is a bit stronger, as it shows what the unreliable partner could do with the unpaid invoices.

- In the recent quarters, we have clearly seen that maintaining liquidity means 'to be or not to be' for many business owners and small companies in Poland. With Payhelp, they can easily entrust their unpaid invoices to professionals whose job is to recover outstanding debt each day. With our television and online campaign, we are hoping to reach business owners with information on where they can find help to recover the money they are owed - said Aleksandra Murawska, who is responsible for communication and marketing at BEST Group.

Cases submitted to Payhelp are processed by an experienced team of about 120 consultants in BEST Group's call centre, supported by several dozen legal professionals. The company is handing a total of approx. 2 million cases. So far, we have recovered debt worth over PLN 1 billion. In the recent years, BEST Group has invested heavily in automating debt collection processes. As a result, it is now a technology leader in the industry, offering services to individual clients at attractive prices.

MovaFilm, a production agency from Gdańsk, was responsible for the script and production of the videos promoting Payhelp. Media buying was handled by the Warsaw-based agency Performance Media. The television spots will be broadcast on Polsat and TVN group channels from February 8 to the end of March this year.
