Report contents:

Pursuant to § 80(1) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures to be submitted by issuers of securities, and terms for considering as equivalent information required under the law of a non-member state (Ordinance), the Management Board of BEST S.A. (Issuer), having its registered office in Gdynia, announces the publication dates of periodic reports in 2021.

The Management Board of BEST S.A. announces that:

• • According to § 79(2) of the Ordinance, the Issuer will not publish its separate and consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2021 and Q4 2021;

• • According to § 62(1) and (3) of the Ordinance, the Issuer will not publish its separate quarterly reports and its semi-annual separate report, but its consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will include the quarterly financial information and the condensed semi-annual financial statements respectively.

In consideration of the above, in 2021, the Issuer will publish its periodic reports by the following dates:

• • Separate annual report for 2020 - 01 April 2021,

• • Consolidated annual report for 2020 - 01 April 2021,

• • Consolidated extended report for Q1 2021, including quarterly financial information for Q1 2021 - 28 May 2021,

• • Consolidated extended report for H1 2021 - 15 September 2021,

• • Consolidated extended report for Q3 2021, including quarterly financial information for Q3 2021 - 10 November 2021.
