Report contents:
The Management Board of BEST S.A. (Issuer) announces a change of the publication date of the separate and consolidated annual reports for 2020 (Reports). The Annual Reports will not be published on 1 April 2021, as announced by the Issuer in Current Report No. 3/2021 of 28 January 2021, but on 14 April 2021.
The publication date of the Annual Reports is changed according to § 80(2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information to be submitted by issuers of securities, and on conditions for considering as equivalent information required under the law of a non- member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
