Microsoft Word - Beni Stabili_General Manager_ING Beni Stabili: Alexei Dal Pastro is appointed General Manager Milan - 3 May 2016: The Board of Directors of Beni Stabili has appointed Alexei Dal Pastro for the new General Manager position. Starting in July, Alexei Dal Pastro will be in charge of Asset management and Development, and will also oversee the Finance functions.

Alexei Dal Pastro was Head Fund & Asset Management at Prelios SGR where he has been working for 11 years with increasing roles and responsibilities in the organization and with a focus on offices and telecom assets. In particular he was responsible for acquisitions, disposals, lettings, capex and management of the funds, for c. €4 bn of assets under management. Earlier Alexei Dal Pastro started his professional career working within the strategy and finance practice of primaries international management consulting firms with focus on real estate industry. He graduated in 1998 in Economics and Management at the University of Trento and holds a MBA from University of Kansas.
