ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION

TO THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION OF THE COMPANY

This announcement is made by Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The Company hereby informs shareholders and potential investors of the Company that Digital China Group Company Limited ("Digital China") has published the annual report of Digital China as well as its subsidiaries prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises for the year ended 31 December 2020 (the "Digital China 2020 Annual Report") on the website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (http://www.szse.cn) and its website (http://www.digitalchina.com) on 30 March 2021.
