BANCA SISTEMA: RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

We inform that today, Marco Giovannini notified his resignation, effective immediately, from his mandatewithout stating the reasons.

Marco Giovannini, non-executive and independent Director under the Consolidated Law on Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Finance Decree no. 169/2020 and the Corporate Governance Code, held the office of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as well as member of the Internal Control and Risk Management Committee.

On the basis of the information available, as of today, Marco Giovannini does not hold directly and/or indirectly any shares in Banca Sistema.

The Chairwoman and the Chief Executive Officer, also on behalf of the whole Board of Directors, address their sincere gratitude to Marco Giovannini for his contribution, characterized by professionalism and independence, wishing him success in his professional challenges.
