Seaspan is an independent owner and operator of containerships with a fully integrated operating platform. Seaspan's operating fleet consists of approximately 134 vessels. APR is a mobile gas turbine fleet owner and operator, which provides power solutions to customers, including corporations and government-sponsored utilities. APR offers a fully integrated platform to both lease and operate its fleet, which consists of approximately 850 megawatts (MW) of mobile gas turbines and 550 MW of diesel generators.
