According to Article 56, § 1.1 of the Act on public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system, and on public companies, dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 184, item. 1539)
The Board of Directors of Asseco Central Europe, a. s. ("Company") informs that on 1 February 2016 to the Company was delivered an agreement dated 29 January 2016 concluded with the National Registers Authority of The Czech Republic for Provision of support services and the development of Registry of Rights and Obligations (RRO).
The total amount of the Agreement is EUR 8,622,000.00 without tax. The duration of the Agreement covers the period of 72 months.
Register of Rights and Obligations is one of four Basic Registers of Czech Republic and is the major block of Czech eGovernment. Registry of Rights and Obligations (RRO) has significantly different logic compared to the other basic registers. RPP serves as a source of data for Information System of Basic Registers in mediating the access of users to the data in individual registries and information agenda systems.
