Arselormittal Kryvyi Rih PAT : ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih was ranked first in “Transparency Index” rating among the largest companies of Ukraine

Kryvyi Rih, February 16, 2016.ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih is a leader of "Transparency Index" rating among the largest companies of Ukraine in 2015. Totally 100 largest companies of the country took part in the rating which are represent 18 sections of economy. Rating, complied by the Center of CSR Development distinguishes the level of transparency and available access of information about corporate responsibility on the web-site compared with the web-sites of other Ukrainian companies. By the results of the rating level of openness and transparency of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih corporateweb-siteamounted to 85 %.

Within the rating ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih web-site has been graded by four criteria of transparency:
*reporting(40 % of the total result) - the availability of report for activity of the company in the social and environmental spheres;
*content(35 % of the total result) - the level of openness of information by key spheres of corporate responsibility;
* navigation (10 % of the total result) - easy readers' access to the information for social and environmental responsibilities of the company;
* availability (15 % of the total result) - potential availability of the web-site (such aspects as a language of the web-site, presence of contact information, adjustment for people with disabilities).

Organizer of "Transparency Index" rating is the Center of CSR Development that is leading expert organization on corporate social responsibility in Ukraine, which is the member of the Board of Global Agreement of UN, national partner of CSR Europe(Brussels) and WBCSD member (Genève). Annually in Ukraine, since 2011, the Center of CSR Development composes "Transparency Index" rating of Ukrainian companies' web-sites based on the international method, developed by Beyond Business (Israel) and the Center of CSR Development. "Transparency Index" rating was founded by the Center of CSR Development aimed at encouragement of Ukrainian companies for more information disclosure for corporate responsibility issues. In 2015 "Transparency Index" rating was held for the fifth time among Ukrainian companies. In 2015 100 companies became the participants of the rating, among which are Kernel Trade, DTEK, SCM, Obolon, Metinvest, Galnaftogas Concern, Dniprospetsstal, Nestle Ukraine and others.

In 2014 ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih web-site was ranked first in the transparency rating among web-sites of the largest companies of Ukraine, in 2013 the company was ranked second.
