Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Archer Limited (the "Company")(OSE: ARCH) on April 30, 2024 regarding the Company's general meeting resolving to reduce the paid in capital by USD 0.24 per share from USD 0.25 to USD 0.01. 

The reduction in share capital has now been registered with t Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS). Following such capital reduction, the share capital of the Company is USD 649,705.98 divided into 64,970,598 shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.01.
