5.Cause of occurrence:Arcadyan's 1st domestic unsecured convertible bond
was issued on June 6, 2019 and will mature on June 6, 2022. The Company will
repay and terminate trading on Taipei Exchange in accordance with the
Procedures for Issuance and Conversion of Arcadyan's 1st domestic
unsecured convertible bond.
6.Countermeasures:The bonds will be repaid in cash at par value when the
bonds matured.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
1. The termination of trading on Taipei Exchange: June 7, 2022.
2. The repayment, deducting remittance or postage fees, will be wired or
mailed to bond holders on June 16, 2022.
