Aug 10 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening higher on Thursday, with futures up 0.63%.
* ENTAIN: British gambling firm Entain said on Thursday it had taken a 585 million pound ($744.41 million)provision for a potential settlement in an investigation by British tax authorities.
* DELIVEROO: British meal delivery company Deliveroo upgraded its full-year earnings outlook after a resilient first half in challenging market conditions that saw its total orders number fall 6%.
* ANTOFAGASTA: Mining company Antofagasta raised shareholder returns after posting a 7.5% rise in half-year profit as higher copper sales more than offset lower prices for the metal used in electrification.
* PETROFAC: UK oilfield services provider Petrofac posted a half-year loss, hurt by subdued activity at its largest unit - engineering & construction.
* NETWORK INTERNATIONAL: Payments firm Network International Holdings posted higher half-year revenue and profit on Thursday, buoyed by steady merchant wins and growth in its outsourced payments services business.
* PERSIMMON: Persimmon said it expects annual profit to be in line with its expectations after posting a 65% slump in the half year period as the housing sector grappled with subdued demand in the wake of rising mortgage rates.
* HOUSE PRICES: British house prices saw most widespread falls since 2009 last month as interest rates hit a 15-year high, while rents surged by the most since 1999 as more landlords sold up, a survey showed on Thursday.
