Alpha Co., Ltd. signed a basic agreement to acquire OK Enterprise Co., Ltd. from Kenzo Ozawa.

Alpha Co Ltd is a Japan-based general sales promotion company. The Company is engaged in the plan, manufacture, and sale of all kinds of advertising and decorations related to sales promotion advertisements that are installed at and inside stores for the purpose of sales promotion by users, mainly retailers such as supermarkets and electronics stores. Among these, the Company mainly deals with sales promotion tools (POP advertisements) that focuses on the moment when a general consumer makes a purchase at a store. There are many different forms of POP advertising, such as posters, banners, decorations, and event goods, but they can instantly convey the points that the seller wants to appeal, such as the seasonality and revitalization of the store, the characteristics and prices of the products. The main purpose is to convey information to consumers clearly, and to connect them to customer attraction and purchasing behavior. The Company also operates the POP creation application.
