We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today have approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.
Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021 along with a copy of the Limited Review Report.

The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 6.15 PM and concluded at 7.15 PM.
Pursuant to Regulation 23 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (LODR) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2021 notified on 9th November, 2021, the Board of Directors have approved the amended Policy on materiality and dealing with related party transactions of the Company, which would also be placed on the website of the Company www.atfoods.com
