Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 22nd June 2022 to 29th June 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Thirty Fifth (35th) Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on
Wednesday, 29th June 2022 at 4.45 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-VisualMeans ("OAVM"), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
