AGGREGATED MICRO POWER HOLDINGS PLC Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), a distributed energy company specialising in the sale of wood fuels and the financing and installation of distributed energy projects including biomass boiler ESCOs (Energy Supply Contracts), stand by power generation and battery storage facilities, was notified on 10 November 2017 that on the same day Neil Eckert, Executive Chairman of the Company, undertook the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"):
the transfer, via sale and purchase, of 339,756 Shares. He sold 339,756 Shares at a price of 103 pence per Share from an account in his own name and bought 339,756 Shares at a price of 103 pence per Share in his self-invested personal pension; and
the purchase, in his own name, of a total of 102,700 Shares at a price of 103 pence per Share.
Following the Transfer, Mr Eckert's total beneficial interest in the Company is 7,806,700 Shares representing approximately 18.1% of the Company's issued share capital; and £645,000 nominal of CLN's.
