HOUSTON, Jan. 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Sacred Oak Medical Center, a behavioral health and addiction recovery center in Houston, Texas, announced today that it has terminated its business relationship with RedShift Healthcare Management, LLC, effective immediately.

This action includes the Board's acceptance of the resignation of RedShift's representative Starsky D. Bomer and coincides with Mr. Bomer's surrender of all shares of stock and related privileges.

Speaking for the Board, J. Kevin Munz said, "Sacred Oak had previously taken steps to minimize Mr. Bomer's involvement and had reassigned the remaining, peripheral duties performed by RedShift to our in-house operations team. Today's announcement simply formalizes an internal restructuring which was already in place. Our care and service to Sacred Oak's patients and their families will continue without interruption."
