CHARLES TOWN, W.Va., Jan. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Potomac Bancshares, Inc., and its subsidiary, Bank of Charles Town, announced today that Robert F. Baronner, Jr., has decided to step down from his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of Potomac and the Bank, due to significant health issues. Mr. Baronner will be on a leave of absence from Potomac and the Bank. Arch A. Moore, III, has been appointed by the Board of Directors of Potomac and the Bank to serve as acting President and Chief Executive Officer until the Board names a permanent replacement for Mr. Baronner.
