The Company's products include cash registers, cash drawers, fiscal printers, electronic scales and auto identification (ID) systems. It offers professional services and advisory in the range of complex managing the back-office and sale of merchandises and services; complex deliveries, installation of cash registers and additional equipment; warranty and after warranty service through the service and distribution network on the whole area of Poland, as well as training in the range of sales service. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's subsidiaries were Micra Metripond Kft, Elzab Soft Sp. z o.o. and Orhmet Sp. z o.o. As of February 29, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was COMP SA, holding a 62.87% stake in the capital.
