Based in London, O’Connor is the head of Client, Industry and Business Development in Great Britain, where she is responsible for the company’s integrated client business model to ensure clients can access the full breadth of Willis Towers Watson services and solutions. O’Connor also serves as the global leader of the company’s Financial Institutions Industry, which delivers risk and human capital solutions to banks, asset managers, insurers and FinTech companies. She is a dual-qualified U.S. and U.K. attorney and previously served as a senior regulator at the U.K. Financial Services Authority.
