WARIMPEX FINANZ- UND BETEILIGUNGS AG Vienna/Warsaw, 22 December 2015 - The Supervisory Board of Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG announced the early extension of the Management Board appointments of Franz Jurkowitsch, Georg Folian, and Alexander Jurkowitsch until 30 September 2019.
Franz Jurkowitsch, who has been chairman of the Management Board of Warimpex since September 1986, will continue to fill this post going forward and will remain responsible for the areas of strategy, investor relations, and corporate communications. Georg Folian will also continue as deputy chairman of the Management Board, a position he has held since September 1986, and will handle the financial and accounting, finance management, and personnel agendas as before. Alexander Jurkowitsch, member of the Management Board since July 2006, will remain responsible for the areas of planning, construction, IT, and information management. The appointment of Florian Petrowsky, who joined the Management Board of Warimpex in May 2014, runs until May 2017 as originally specified. His responsibilities include transaction management, organisation, and legal issues.
