Marshall and Shoshain Tsosie, 30, are accused of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and aggravated battery, according to court records. Anyone with information on Tsosie's whereabouts is asked to call

Doctors told police the victim had a gunshot wound to the right side of his head that "only grazed his skull," according to court documents. His right arm also had been beaten by a blunt object but was not broken, according to court documents.
The victim was later released from the hospital. He told police Marshall got Tsosie to shoot him, according to court documents.
During the incident, two additional figures, both described as unidentified Native American males, "came out of nowhere" and attacked the victim, according to court documents. Lincoln said the sheriff's office now has identified one of the two males and was in the process of obtaining a warrant for his arrest.
Detectives found four 9mm spent shell casings found at the scene, along with two areas of what appeared to be blood on the ground, according to court documents.
