Specialty Fashion : ASX Announcement 10 October 2016

Specialty Fashion Group Limited (ASX: SFH) (the Group) announces the resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Gary Spreckley. Mr Spreckley will continue with the Group until the end of October to facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities.

Chief Executive Gary Perlstein said: "I am grateful for the commitment Gary Spreckley has given the Group during the past two years. Gary will continue in the role until after our Annual General Meeting in late October, and I wish him all the best for the future."

Chief Operating Officer Tony Karp has taken on the additional role of Acting Finance Director while a search for Mr Spreckley's replacement is completed by executive search firm, Egon Zehnder.

The Group also announces the appointment of Claudine Tarabay as Company Secretary. Ms Tarabay has extensive experience supporting compliance and governance matters as part of her previous roles within the finance team at Specialty Fashion Group.
