Zaap Classic serves the ordinary northeastern Thai cuisine, such as grilled chicken, papaya salad (Som Tam), spicy minced meat salad (Laab), spicy salad (Yum), sliced grilled meat salad together with the Company’s products, such as sour pork, white pork sausage, northeastern Thai sausage, and others. Yunnan offers low fat pork leg stew mixed with various herbs imported from Yunnan. Its international business includes international trading and exporting.
