Rostvertol PAO (Rostovskiy vertoletnyi proizvodstvennyi kompleks Rostvertol PAO or Rostov Helicopter Production Complex Rostvertol PJSC) is a Russia-based company involved in the production of helicopters, airplanes and other flying machines, as well as provision of maintenance and alteration of aircrafts and engines. The manufacture consists of the military Mi-26 and commercial Mi-26T, among others. The Company oversees the full production cycle for modern rotorcraft. Rostvertol PAO operates a flight testing facility for quality assessment as well. The Company produces for both Russian and foreign operators. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Vertolety Rossii OAO.
