Organizacion de Ingenieria Internacional SA (Grupo Odinsa SA) is a Colombia-based company primarily engaged in the construction and engineering sector. The Company is specialized in the management, promotion and development of heavy infrastructure projects, such as highways, railways, networks for the transmission of telecommunications and transport of energy, among others. The Company's activities are structured in eight business areas: road concessions, real estate projects, ports and airports, railways, energy business, mass transit systems, toll collection, special projects and signaling services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Autopistas de los Llanos SA, Internet por America SA, Autopistas del Cafe SA, Odinsa Proyectos e Inversiones SA and Odinsa Servicios SAS, among others. It is owned by Grupo Argos SA.
