The Company has over four offshore drilling rigs in operation offshore Norway, over one rig idle in the United Kingdom sector of the North Sea and over two idle rigs in Norway, including the West Navigator and the West Venture. The Company provides harsh environment drilling services to the oil and gas industry. The Company owns approximately seven offshore drilling units, consisting of approximately one drillship, over three jack-up drilling rigs and approximately three semi-submersible drilling rigs. North Atlantic Drilling was formed as a subsidiary of Seadrill Limited (Seadrill).
