Nireus Aquaculture : Listing of the new shares of NIREUS SA resulting from the conversion of the Company’s convertible bonds.

«NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA» announces that on Friday 11.18.2016, commences the trading of the new 215.273 common registered shares resulting from the increase of its share capital by 64.581,90 euro, from the conversion of 4.850 convertible bonds to 215.273 shares, of the Convertible bond loan issued on 12.07.2007. According to the amendment of the Convertible bond loan dated on 10.26.2015, each one (1) bond gives to the bondholders the conversion right to 44,3871 common shares of nominal value 0,30 euro each (conversion ratio) with voting right and the conversion rate is 0,31 euro per share (conversion price) in accordance with the decision of the 1st Iterative General Meeting of the Shareholders dated on 05.04.2015 in conjunction with the proxy that was taken on 10.26.2015 by the resolution of the Board of Directors.This increase, which is not a direct amendment of the Company's Articles of Association, was certified by the Board of Directors on 10.21.2016 and it was registered at the Companies' Registry (GEMH) with the relevant announcement 812531/11.01.2016.The Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Exchange on 11.14.2016 approved the commencement of trading of the 215.273 new common registered shares of NIREUS S.A.The new shares will be credited to the securities accounts of the beneficiary shareholders at the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on the date of the commencement of trading.
