Reference is made to the announcement of Loudong General Nice Resources (China) Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 26 June 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to the disposal of 100% equity interest in Buddies Power Enterprises Limited. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings as defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

It was stated in the Announcement that a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other matters, further details of the Disposal, a notice of the SGM and other information as required under the Listing Rules is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 31 July 2017. As additional time is required to finalise the information for inclusion in the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular will be postponed to a date on or before 25 August 2017.
