Invermar SA is a Chile-based company primarily engaged in the aquaculture sector. The company specializes in cultivating, harvesting, processing and distributing fish, as well as shellfish. Its business activities are divided into two segments: Salmons, which is responsible for the production of Atlantic salmons, trouts and Coho salmons; and Oysters, which offers oysters products. The Company operates aquaculture facilities, including freshwater and seawater centers, as well as processing plants. Its product portfolio comprises: filets, gutted, frozen and fresh, as well as packed and portioned fish. Furthermore, the Company owns a number of subsidiaries, such as Invertec Ostimar SA, Invertec Pacific Seafood SA and Viveros Marinos SA, as well as is affiliated with Invertec Corporativo Asesorias e Inversiones Ltda and Smoltecnics SA. It is controlled by Alimentos Marinos SA.
