As at May 10, 2017, Indivior PLC's issued share capital consisted of 720,988,383 Ordinary Shares, carrying once vote each. The Company did not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at May 10, 2017 were 720,988,383.
