Casa Damiani SpA is an Italy-based parent company of a group of companies engaged in the design, production and marketing of jewelry. It’s active in the jewelry sector through such brands as Damiani, Salvini, Alfieri & St. John, Bliss and Calderoni. The Company manufactures and markets products under license and supply agreements with fashion and automotive brands, such as Ferrari, Gianfranco Ferre, Jil Sander, Maserati, Ducati and John Galliano. The Company has a network of re-sellers that includes multi-brand independent jewelers, jewelry chains, department stores, franchisees and distributors, together with mono-brand and multi-brand stores (Rocca). It operates through numerous subsidiaries located in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Japan and France, among others.
