Banco Indusval SA is a Brazil-based commercial bank. It is specialized in the provision of corporate loans and customized services to midsized and large companies. The Bank divides its products and services into nine groups: local currency loans and financing; Brazilian development bank (BNDES) on-lending; foreign trade financing and support; structured finance; agricultural bonds; treasury and financial investments; transactions in the stock, mercantile and futures exchanges; other products offered by Indusval Multistock Corretora de Valores, and banking services. The Bank operates a network of 10 branches in Brazil and one in the Cayman Islands. It operates in the Brazilian states of Sao Paulo, Parana, Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grasso do Sul, Minas Gerais and Goias.On November 5, 2013, the Company concluded acquisition of Banco Intercap SA.
