S1 has an office park housing of approximately 700,000 square meters of commercial space. P1 is located in the Perth suburb of Malaga. P1 is approximately 12 km from the Perth CBD. Its subsidiary includes Asia Pacific Data Centre Holdings Limited (APDC Holdings). The Company, through APDC Holdings, holds Asia Pacific Data Centre Limited (APDC Limited), and Asia Pacific Data Centre Trust (APDC Trust).
