The Company's product, AeroForm Tissue Expander System (AeroForm) is a needle-free, patient-controlled tissue expander used in patients undergoing two-stage breast reconstruction following mastectomy prior to the insertion of a breast implant. AeroForm device, uses a controlled delivery of small amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas to achieve the required tissue expansion prior to placement of a breast implant.
